The reason for writing is to tell you a little more about what Lesley (Business Advisor) has done here in O2 and what a great advocate of Bury College she is. Lesley has gone out of her way to accommodate us with skills for life courses. We have so far delivered on site 3 courses which has gone down really well with our people. We have planned another roadshow next week which Lesley is supporting and hope to offer 4 courses. We love how Bury college staff are flexible to deliver these courses on site. Lesley in particular meets or speaks with me at least once a week whether it's by phone or email and we meet quite often. Lesley keeps me up to date with what's available from Bury College and accommodates our preferences as much as possible.
She has a lovely persona about her and I feel that she delivers a personal service to us at O2 and goes out of her way to please us and support us. Lesley recently attended an awards ceremony that was set up for the people who had passed their skills for life. I asked Lesley if she would mind giving a little speech on the day alongside me. She was really good and did a professional and heartfelt speech that went down really well with our people and represented Bury college excellently.
